Cancellation Policy and payments Deposit procedure
Belize Magnificent Mayan Tours payment price are all in US $ Currency.
Confirmation of a reservation we require a deposite of 50% of the total tour
package cost.
Deposits must be received within two weeks of confirmation in
order to secure a reservation.
We require full payment no later than 45 days
prior to arrival.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancelled a booking it must be done in writing.
All deposits will be refunded in full if a writen notice of cancellation is
received no later than 60 days prior to arrival.cancellation between 60 days
and 45 days of arrival will be given a 50% refund.
there will be NO refund for
cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival.
Indemnity
Booking a tour with us you fully accept responsibility for your actions or
conduct while on the tour with us.
We have all right to terminate your tour package or to
any member,due to misconduct.
Damage to any equipment or accomodation in which you are booked, you agree to
indemnify us against claims made against us or on behalf of owners of such equipment or accomodation.
Liability
We accept full liability for the proper performance and obligation under our
agreement for the provisionof your package.
If any member of your party suffer damage under our failure we accept
liability.
We shall offer general assistance to any client who suffer illness, personal injury or lost to personal item
during their tour with us.
But we will NOT be liablefor the cost incurred from the above mentioned.We highly recommend that you have a Comprehensive Travel Insurance
